The services are supported by our “Chartered Quantity Surveying” division who monitor & control all budget costs associated with the project, they also carry out the tender process, appointment of the Contractor, draft contracts & negotiate the Project Final Account costs within your budget.

The Supervision & coordination is carried out by our “Chartered Building Surveyors” & “Project Managers” both before, during & after on site construction, this will provide you  the assurance your project is built in accordance to the latest Building Regulations & Planning Conditions. This also adds that the level of workmanship is of the highest quality & will be completed within the agreed contract programme.

In essence all your entire Project requirements are available from one office all under the one roof.

K.V.Arthur Associates Ltd is “Regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland” to practice as  “Property Insurance Loss Assessors” for flood, fire, storm, subsidence damage to residential housing or Commercial units.
